Pengendali Data Pribadi
SIAP-PBL dikelola oleh Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) sebagai pengendali data pribadi, sesuai UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.
Data yang Kami Simpan
- Data identitas dan kontak: nama, NIM/NIP, email, WhatsApp, program studi
- Data kegiatan proyek PBL, hasil penilaian, sertifikat, dan transkrip
- Data teknis: alamat IP, log aktivitas, dan cookie sesi
Tujuan Penggunaan Data
Data digunakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan PBL dan menjaga keamanan akun, berdasarkan tugas pendidikan Polibatam, kewajiban hukum, dan persetujuan Anda bila diperlukan.
Berbagi Data
Kami tidak menjual data Anda. Data hanya dapat diakses oleh:
- Pihak berwenang sesuai perannya dalam sistem
- Mitra eksternal untuk proyek terkait
- Penyedia layanan teknis
- Otoritas bila hukum mengharuskan
Poster, video, dan prototipe produk yang dipublikasikan di Showcase PBL dapat dilihat oleh publik.
Retensi & Keamanan Data
Data disimpan selama periode yang diperlukan atau sesuai aturan kearsipan, kemudian dihapus atau dianonimkan. Jika terjadi kegagalan pelindungan data, kami akan memberitahu Anda secara tertulis.

SIAP-PBL is operated by Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) as the personal data controller, under Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Data We Store
- Identity and contact details: name, student/employee ID, email, WhatsApp, study program
- Project activity, assessment results, certificates, and transcripts
- Technical data: IP address, activity logs, and session cookies
Purpose of Data Use
We use data to run PBL activities and keep accounts secure, based on Polibatam's educational role, legal obligations, and your consent where needed.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. It can be accessed only by:
- Authorized personnel according to their system role
- External partners for related projects
- Technical service providers
- Authorities when the law requires
Videos, product prototypes, and posters published in the PBL Showcase are publicly visible.
Data Retention & Security
We keep data for the period needed or as required by archiving rules, then delete or anonymize it. If a data protection failure affects you, we will notify you in writing.
